Provisions like worker standing platform, Tube for rejection material and storage tray for collection of rejection coconut should be supplied. There should not be any uncovered moving parts as workers are involved throughout the processing time. The conveyor belt should be white color for easy identification of damaged or rotten coconuts. It is driven by a 0.5 HP suitable ISI motor and all construction parts should be stainless steel 304 grade. The motor and gearbox should be covered with stainless steel material for easy cleaning. The machine supplied by the supplier should get approval from the Departmental officials before installing it on site. The supplier is responsible for any damages in machine parts while transportation to work spot. It should be either redo to full efficiency or should be replaced with a new machine as per the instruction given by the departmental officials during erection of machinery at site. The entire system should be as per standard specification and as recommended by the departmental officials complete.
