Desiccated Coconut Dryer having the processing capacity of 350 kg per hour in the standard drying temperature, and 250 kg per hour in low temperature drying for processing virgin coconut oil. Temperature measurement sensors should be fixed at least at 6 points to analyze the process during operation and the display reading of the temperature should be given to the electrical console. A separate electrical console should be provided for the dryer and variable drives should have outer control with knobs or switch buttons. The drying chamber inner parts like trays, chains, sprockets should be supplied with stainless steel bottom air chamber. Necessary openings in the dryer should be provided for making cleaning process and few transparent doors should be fixed to visualize the process and avoid breakdowns.
