Deshelling machine having the capacity of processing 250 nuts per hour. It should be supplied with a suitable operating RPM and the gear box should be supplied with helical internals like worm and pinion to handle the varying load. The cutting tool should be manufactured with HSS material and should have the option for easy removing and resharpening. One set of cutting tools (only tip) should be supplied with the machine as spare. The Power requirement will be 1 HP per machine and with a helical gear box and motor should have ISI specification. Safety guards for cutting area and shell cracking area should be supplied. All parts of machine should be made up of Mild steel except cutting tool which is made up of HSS material. The machine supplied by the supplier should get approval from the Departmental officials before installing it on site. The supplier is responsible for any damages in machine parts while transportation to work spot. It should be either redo to full efficiency or should be replaced with a new machine as per the instruction given by the departmental officials during erection of machinery at site. The entire system should be as per standard specification and as recommended by the departmental officials complete.
