Coconut pre cutter machine having the capacity of processing 2500 per hour. The machine should have the capacity to cut the coconut into 4 inches size with multiple cutting blades. The coconut water should be taken out in the same machine and the water should not travel to the next process. A separate outlet for coconut water connection tube should be provided and the coconut water outlet should be designed to discharge the coconut water effectively from Pre cutter. It is driven by an ISI make 1 HP motor. The machine parts should be made up of Stainless steel 304 grade material. The machine supplied by the supplier should get approval from the Departmental officials before installing it on site. The supplier is responsible for any damages in machine parts while transportation to work spot. It should be either redo to full efficiency or should be replaced with a new machine as per the instruction given by the departmental officials during erection of machinery at site. The entire system should be as per standard specification and as recommended by the departmental officials complete.
